POLICY OF SHIPMENTS

The time to receive your order once placed is 3 to 12 business days.

From the moment your order is placed, it will normally take 2 to 4 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once your order is placed, it CANNOT be modified or canceled even if your order has not yet been shipped. Review your cart and/or contact us at triplebfragancia@gmail.com if you have any questions before finalizing your order to avoid problems, indecision, or confusion. Thank you.

We do our best to ship your order within 24 business hours of its placement.We ship from Monday to Friday, except weekends and holidays.

Please allow up to a maximum of 3 business days for orders to be processed.We do not guarantee the amount of time it will take for your package to reach you and only provide estimates at checkout.Ownership of packages passes to the courier and the buyer.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors by the carrier or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.Make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

Packages are NOT insured; if you want to purchase insurance for your package, select the USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Again, we are not responsible for the package once it is transferred to USPS, so it is your responsibility to deliver it and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.
